Description :
Setup of the 2.11 preview version.
It relies on gtk2 runtime environnement (http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/stable.html).
It is not intended for newbies but only experimented users. Documentation isn't complete.
Includes support for netplay, arcade card, graphical configuration of keyboard/joypad, joypad support under windows, zipped roms, hardware video rendering and some more.
