I know this is a very tired question but could someone help me?, I am trying to run DraculaX, I have all 21 tracks(named Track_#.mp3) and the iso(dx.iso) and an HCD in the directory C:\DraculaX\Dos. The thing is, I can play the ISO itself just by selcting it and using only the Seal sound driver, Allegro will never work for me, it will not play the ISO or the HCD. The problem is, I really wanted to hear the music along with the game. When I use either Seal or Allegro with the HCD it kicks me out of Hu-Go! which displays a message saying "See Ya". What kind of problem is this? I am using Dos Hu-Go! version 2.00

i think there are some bugs in your Hu-go!.ini (configuration file)! search the forum for my hu-go!.ini and try to use it then
post the results here.

I followed your advice, I also used the ini you suggested from that other post I read. But now, Hu-Go! starts and I load the DracX HCD fine but it still just stalls. At the bottom of the screen the Super CD Version 2 loading message is there but the game never loads. Heres what my Hu-Go! log file says

I think your initial .hcd was lacking a trailing '\' on both path declaration at the beginning.
On the other hand, is your .log file complete ? if so, there may be a problem in the reading of the 11th track file, even if I never encountered this problem (but this forum is made to raise more problems :)

Yes that log file was complete. I just ran it again this time it loaded all the mp3s but still just stalled at the same spot? As for the hcd, I noticed I forgot the '\' at the end of C:\DraculaX\Dos just after I had posted the initial message and put them in right after that. Heres the log file I just ran.

the only difference between our LOGfiles is that i do not have a joypad, but i don't think that this can cause such problems. but who knows (????Zeograd????)
post here your full system configuration (cpu, RAM, sound card , OS ...)
maybe there is something wrong in that area (compatibility problems)
Yes, I tried that. But to play dos games and get sound in real dos, I have to load an exe called AU30DOS.EXE . Hu-Go loads fine but it still stalls at the same spot, when I CRT-ALT-DLT out I get this message.

At this point I am pretty sure it's my sound card that is the only problem, becuase when I load Hu-Go with out running AU30DOS.EXE in real dos, Hu-Go runs just fine, except without any sound. Since I updated the drivers for my M300 to the latest that Diamond put out a real long time ago and since they won't update it ever again beacuse its old I don't think there is any solution for me . But thank you very much for all you help -Lord Mardulak- and Zeograd, I really apreciate it.
well... i am sorry - this game has an amazing soundtrack!
now it is up to Zeograd to do something with that .
wait for a new version of Hu-go! - i think Hu-go! will support your sound card someday (but it is possible that Hu-go! is not guilty).
until then try another emulator - you MUST hear that music!
