 Hugo on Dreamcast?

Dreamcast has become a great platform for developpement, and there are great emulators for various systems like Nes, gameBoy, or MasterSystem thanks to the great libraries like libdream/kallistios which makes a great PCengine emu on DC possible.

I was wondering if you would be able to do such a port, because playing on the DC is much better than on the PC (but that's my opinion).
