 Dracula X mp3 plus iso files HCD

I have hugo 2.10 and the 2 iso files and all the mp3 of dracula x chi no rondo (rondo of blood) i want to know how i can create a hcd file to play the game with full sound in this version ah one more thing the gamepad isn�t works correctly in hugo 2.10?

I believe an .hcd for drac-x came with 2.09? I'm not sure about 2.10, regardless, it probably won't work as reported below hcd's apparently are broken and gamepad support isn't available for windows in this release.
